RTM-8 Pt-100 Multiplexer

The RTM-8 is a multiplexer for 16 analog inputs. 

The first eight channels, marked as 1-8, are designated for direct Pt 100 sensors, while the remaining (9-16), are for 4 20mA current loop inputs.

The RTM-8 output is a 4-20mA active current loop.

Each Pt-100 input has its own signal conditioner. The input selection is performed via four binary control lines (address) originated by the PLC, assuring full data synchronization between the controller and the selected input.

RTM-8 is housed in a Polycarbonate plastic enclosure and is mounted on standard DIN rail.

RTM-8  מקבל 16 כניסות אנלוגיות, ומפיק יציאה אחת של 4-20mA שבאמצעותה מוזרמים כל הכניסות אל כניסה אנלוגית אחת בבקר.

הכניסות למולטיפלקסר מתחלקות לשמונה כניסות ישירות של חיישן Pt-100 בעל 3 חוטים, ושמונה כניסות זרם תהליך של 4-20mA.

לכל כניסה של רגש טמפרטורה מוקצה מעגל התמרה כך שהמיתוג מבוצע על תפוקה גבוהה ובכך מצטמצמת לשגיאה אפסית שגיאת המיתוג.

בחירת הערוץ המבוקש מתבצעת באמצעות ארבעה קווי כתובת שמופקים מהבקר כך שנוצרת סינכרוניזציה מלאה בין הערוץ המבוקש לערוץ שמופק.
