WARRANTY

Conlab control Laboratories Ltd. (Conlab) for the effective period of the following warranty, guarantees that it's standard hardware products will be free of defects in materials and workmanship, subject to normal use and service.

Conlab`s obligation under this warranty shall not arise until the defective product is returned, by the buyer, freight prepaid, to Conlab`s facility or to another specified location. Conlab`s only responsibility under this warranty is, at its option and sole discretion, to replace or repair, free of charge, any defective component part of such a product.

EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF WARRANTY

One years from date of invoice. Repaired or replacement products: Twelve months from date of return.

LIMITATION OF WARRANTY

The above mentioned warranty does not extend to and shall not apply to:

1.               Products, which have been repaired or altered by anyone other than Conlab`s personnel, unless buyer has properly altered or repaired the products in accordance with procedures previously approved in writing by Conlab.

2.               Products which have been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident or improper installation or operation.

3.              Products, which have been mechanically damaged

The warranty and remedies set forth above are in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, oral or written, either in fact or by operation of law-statutory or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, which Conlab specifically disclaims.

Conlab neither assumes nor recognizes any other liability in connection with the sale, installation or use of its products. 

Conlab shall bear no liability for incidental or consequential damages of any kind arising from the sale, installation, or use of its products.

This WARRENTY governs any published warrenty ever said, wrote or published by Conlab Control Laboratories ltd.  - April 2022

אחריות

קונלאב מעבדות בקרה בע"מ (קונלאב) למשך תקופת האחריות, מתחייבת שמוצריה נקיים מתקלות בחומרה ובתהליכי היצור - בכפוף לשימוש נכון בהם.

האחריות, לפי כתב אחריות זה, לא תיכנס לתוקף לפני החזרת המוצר הפגום על ידי הלקוח כשדמי המשלוח משולמים על ידו למשרדי חברת קונלאב.

האחריות היחידה של חברת קונלאב על פי כתב אחריות זה ועל פי שיקוליה בלבד לתקן או להחליף ללא תשלום כל חלק פגום במוצר.

תקופת האחריות

תקופת האחריות למוצר חדש או למתוקן - שנה אחת מתאריך החשבונית. 

גבולות האחריות

האחריות המוגשת בזאת לא תהה תקפה ל:

1.   מוצרים אשר ניסו לתקנם על ידי אחרים שלא מצוות קונלאב למעט מקרים                    שקונלאב מאשרת בכתב את הגוף המתקן.

2.   מוצרים שהיו חשופים ללחות, תאונה או התקנה לקויה

3.   שבר מכני

האחריות ותנאיה כפי שמובאים לעיל באים במקום כל התחייבות אחרת שניתנה בכתב או בעל פה.

קונלאב אינה מכירה בכל אחריות אחרת הקשורה למכירה, התקנה או שימוש במוצריה.

קנלאב לא תישא בכל אחריות לנזק נסיבתי שעשוי לנבוע משימוש במוצריה. אחריותה מסתכמת לכל היותר במחיר של מוצר חדש.

כתב אחריות זה גובר על כל התחייבות אחרת שפורסמה או נאמרה או נכתבה על ידי חברת קונלאב מעבדות בקרה בע"מ.
